It also gives product teams one set of operational primitives to reason about when they need to move from prototype to production.
The pitch is not abstract. Google is pointing to startups already running meaningful workloads on its infrastructure, including Lovable, which says builders are creating more than 200,000 new projects a day on the platform, and OpenEvidence, which uses Google’s AI tools to deliver evidence-based medical answers at the point of care.
